Our primary focus in our inspection is pool safety and overall condition and performance of the pool & spa equipment. Mold & Environmental Testing
Mold is caused by excessive moisture, appearing as visible spots, musty odors, or causing allergic reactions. Small trace amounts of mold are considered normal. However, an elevated levels, mold can compromise the respiratory health of people with mold sensitivities or mold allergies.
At Building Specs LA we are specialized is identifying and testing Mold and other environmental hazards in your home. Our process is to sample areas of potential mold either through air sampling (to test for air born spores) and/or swab sampling (to test for spores are hard surfaces). These samples are then sent to an accredited lab to be analyzed by a microbiologist who prepares and provides the testing results.
